About the project

Allstars Sports Bars had four venues with a much bigger offer than their digital presence suggested. Live sport, competition-standard pool and snooker, real darts, food, drink and a loyal local following were all there. Finding the right venue, understanding what it offered and getting to a booking was not.

We replaced that fragmented experience with one connected website system for Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Weston-super-Mare. Each venue has its own local content, games, offers, live fixture listings, party spaces, menus and direct routes into booking.

The website became the new digital shopfront. It gives the group one coherent presence while letting every venue behave like a local business, with the details and reasons to visit that matter in its own town.

We made the same shift across Instagram and Facebook. Generic graphics gave way to real venues, real people and real atmosphere. Shoots, vertical films, equipment-led content and the Local Legends platform now show why these bars matter to the communities and serious players around them.

We also took on the CRM, and have run it for the last twelve months. We grew the database hard, then spent the year learning what the data kept telling us: reach without relevance is worth very little. So we built the segments, the tags and the automated flows — welcome, birthday, win-back — that let a message land with people who actually want it.

Bars responds to the right hook at the right time. Football is Back opened at 13.8%, the strongest standard campaign in months, on an audience the sporting calendar gives us reasons to talk to all year.

The result is a joined-up brand with far more personality. The website makes the breadth useful, social gives people a reason to care about the venue closest to them, and the CRM makes sure they hear about it.
